Well, what can I say about the calamari @ Parm. The superlatives abound but will not do the crunchy, spicy, salty, breath-of-the-sea squid justice. From the Torisi guys, Parm is all at once an Italian grandmother and haute food truck peddler all at the same time. BTW, thanks for getting rid of the napkin holders. The homespun food is cloaked by a fine dining kitchen, so don’t kid yourself when you sit down. This is no Jersey diner.
